Microsoft patents linux

"Microsoft takes on the free world
Microsoft claims that free software like Linux, which runs a big chunk of corporate America, violates 235 of its patents. It wants royalties from distributors and users. Users like you, maybe. Fortune's Roger Parloff reports. "Link
Un b leave a bull.
I know that this will just be one blogger out the millions who are going to cry foul on this, but we have to do it. M$ has done what everyone expected them to do; what else can you do when your battleship is sinking, and you've run out of fingers to plug the holes? Start firing salvoes at the yachts around you, see if you can sink some of them too.
Where will this end? God only knows, and He's not telling, but if M$ has their way, as they have many times in the past, with the leadership of America, then they will scuttle the many linux yachts out there. At least for the USA. Maybe it will be World= Linux and other OSes. USA= Mickey$oft. Good luck to them, and their red-white-and blue screens of death.
Gotta laugh, when I then came across this older news: MS Backpedals on patents, where they had screwed up with their usual tactic of "copy not innovate", then decided to patent it, and got caught with their hands in the patent jar. ;-P
Just makes you wonder, if they had managed to get a patent on it what would have happened, and really are they just wanting to set up their corporation as a pack of lawyers, who will drag everything through court for the purpose of killing the opposition by means of settlements? Rhetorical.
